Google Announces "Chrome to Phone"

Google has launched a new feature that allows users to push websites, maps and phone numbers from Chrome to their Android phones.

Just a day after the launch of Chrome 6 Beta 1, the search giant has today released “Chrome to Phone” for Android, a tool for instantly pushing websites you’re reading on the desktop to your Android phone. The feature can also push driving directions and even phone numbers. Highlight a phone number and click the mobile icon and that phone number will be sent directly to your phone ready to dial. If you have driving directions up on Google Maps and then push it to your phone, the driving directions will immediately appear.
